SHIPPING POLICY
At ClickCerto, all orders are prepared and dispatched after payment confirmation. Order processing takes place within 1 to 3 business days, not including weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and type of product, averaging 7 to 15 business days for Portugal and other European Union countries, and 10 to 25 business days for other destinations. These timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to external factors such as customs procedures, high-demand periods or carrier delays.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are presented to the customer at checkout. During certain promotional campaigns, shipping may be free of charge, as indicated on the website.
Orders may be dispatched from different logistics centres, located within or outside the European Union, depending on product availability. In some cases, customs duties or additional taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer in accordance with the legislation of the destination country.
Where available, a tracking code will be provided by email after the order has been dispatched. Tracking may take a few days to become active in the carrier's system.
ClickCerto is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, nor for the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery. In such cases, any additional costs may be charged to the customer.
