EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
How does the return process work?
At ClickCerto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused , in its original condition, and with all labels intact.
- Original packaging preserved whenever possible.
- Personal hygiene items or personalized products are not eligible for return (except in case of defect).
How to request a refund:

Contact us via email at contato@clickcerto.pt or through the contact form, indicating:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

Please wait for confirmation.
- We will review your request and send you return instructions within 24-48 business hours.

Send the product
- After approval, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send the product.

Reimbursement
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs:
- Defective products or shipping errors : We cover all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind or incorrect size : Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us first. Whenever possible, we facilitate direct exchanges. Otherwise, you can return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible, offering a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
